Taking for granted.

I like snow. I want snow. Give me snow. Now.

It’s amazing how people who don’t have snow want it and people who do forget about it. They even hate it.

I guess it’s because of colloquialism and familiarity. They typically run into it, making it a part of their lives, becoming as extraordinary as sliced bread. Mind you, sliced bread was revolutionary in its time; many were mezmerized at its ingenuity.

What do you think woud happen if it suddenly stopped snowing? Those places with them will suddenly realize its beauty and all the happiness it gives them. Sooner or later, they will pine for it. They would want it to come back, missing it, as they had never before it was gone.

Bottom line: I want snow. Give me snow. So I may detest it in the near future. What? Do you think this has a deeper meaning than that? Of course it does.
